DogWatch is the reason we moved away from Invisible Fence. They are locally owned and operated. The technology is superior and allows for much larger areas for the dogs to roam/run. Katrina and Phil are terrific!! They handle their business as business owners should. They take pride in what they do, are honest, pleasant, and SINCERELY care about your concerns and needs and also about your pet’s safety. I have had a DogWatch fence system since moving into my home 20 years ago. I hadn’t used it in the year since my last dog passed. So when I called them to come out to take a look and access its condition to ready it for my new puppy, I was sure I would need a whole new set up. Phil came out and found the damages and worked on it for 3 hours. He got it back in working order (even though he said it was a bit of a mess). He was determined to not have to have me bare the kind of expense it would be to replace it. He even stayed to help me with little “Harriet’s” first training! Phil and Katrina Manko are committed to great service and were friendly and professional. We contacted them by email and received a phone call the next day and after a discussion we received a quote. We scheduled a time to come to our property and answered all of our questions and we scheduled the install two weeks later. The install went great and so did the training of our dog. They are excellent to work with.

This was a great company to have install our hidden fence. Phil and Katrina were great to work with. They answered all of our questions and Phil was meticulous in the initial training of our dog and us. The product is sturdy and works like a charm in keeping Scarlett on our property. I would recommend this Dog Watch system for every dog.

We have five dogs and we were in desperate need of a good quality dog fence system. Phil came out immediately to assess our property and provide us with a quote. We were also looking at Invisible Fence. A lot of these fences appear to be in the same range of quality based on our research. The quotes were fairly similar in price but Phil and Katrina made the difference. Within a week we had our fence installed by Phil and he provided instruction on how to train our dogs. When we had additional questions we called and spoke to Katrina. She was friendly and offered to have Phil come back out for additional training if needed. Customer service made the difference here along with good product quality.

We got our system from Phil last April and had great success with our young lab. She quickly (2-days) adapted to the invisible line and has never crossed it, even when other dogs were walking by.
A few months later we somehow lost the collar. I called Phil and he said look around some more because a replacement collar is expensive. Phil actually came over a number of times to help us locate it because we were sure it was in the yard or somewhere inside the house. He even brought some kind of disk that would omit a beep if the collar was within 10 feet of it. He went everywhere in the yard and all through the house without success......twice. He then left the device with us for a few weeks so we could continue searching before we had to spend additional money.
Unfortunately, we never found the collar and had to buy a replacement. The point is, Phil didn’t have to go out of his way to help us find the collar in the first place. He could have just said sorry, here’s what the new one will cost and be done with it.
We would strongly recommend not only the Dog Watch system but just as important the professional manor in which Phil has handled installation and all the follow-up time spent in helping us with that lost collar.

We are really happy with the electric fence that DogWatch of Delaware Valley installed. From the initial inquiry, review of property for the estimate, and the installation of the fence the business owners were professional, responsive and helpful. Once installed, they took time to really show us how the fence works and our dog loves having the freedom to roam the yard free! Yesterday a fox walked down the street, our dog was outside and the fox and dog definetly saw each other. She did not run after the fox and through the electric fence, what a relief! We are really happy we moved forward with this purchase for our peace or mind and our dog, highly recommend!
